Formerly the American Civil War Museum, this recently renovated museum is an educational and entertaining experience for the entire family. Bordering the Gettysburg Battlefield, the Museum utilizes artifacts, historical documents, interactive displays and 3-D productions to help visitors learn more about the events taking place in the day during the course of the three-day battle and its aftermath. Explore the town, learn what the Battle of Gettysburg meant to its residents, and see how they reacted to the conflict.
