Mid St8 Taco offers locally-sourced ingredients, slow-cooked meats, fresh seafood, roasted veggies, and homemade salsa and guacamole. Adjacent to the Mid St8 Taco stand is the area's first tortilleria, or tortilla bakery, which produces and sells freshly-made, all-natural tortillas. The tortilleria uses organic corn grown in Cumberland County. The four-inch tortillas are sold by the half-pound and pound. There are about 30 tortillas to a pound.
Located at the West Shore Farmer's Market, look for the stand modeled after a trading post in the southwest along a green, red, and white Mexican flag color scheme.
