Your journey begins with an introductory movie and continues on the factory floor where you'll get a behind-the-scenes look at the people, processes and products of York Vehicle Operations. You'll be guided through various manufacturing and assembly areas, watch as parts are manufactured and see freshly painted and chrome plated parts. Then it's on to the end of the line, where every motorcycle is roll-tested prior to crating and shipping. Tours are free and take approximately one hour. Tour hours are Monday - Friday 9 a.m. - 2 p.m.
Rolls Royce Museum (189 Hempt Rd, Mechanicsburg, PA 17050 • 717.795.9400)
Museum and library dedicated to Rolls-Royce and Bentley Motor Cars. The museum features an ever changing display of Rolls-Royce and Bentley Motor Cars from the American built 1929 Springfield Phantom I to a 1985 Silver Spirit. The library houses a wealth of information that can only be found in two places worldwide! Open Tuesday - Thursday, 10 a.m. - 2 p.m.; also by appointment.

US Army Heritage and Education Center and Army Heritage Trail (950 Soldiers Dr, Carlisle, PA 17013 • 717.245.3972)
One mile outdoor interactive museum and trail that interprets the history of the US Army with full-scale exhibits from the French and Indian War era through present. Trail is open 24/7; exhibits open Monday-Friday 9 am - 4:45 pm and weekends April - October Saturday 10 a.m. - 4 p.m. and Sunday 12 - 4 p.m.
