Desperate Times Brewery in Carlisle, PA has emerged as the area’s top location for German-inspired food and original flavored craft beers. We are happy to announce Desperate Times was voted as the winner for the Best Craft Beer in the Valley!
Among the most interesting menu items are a large selection of traditional sausages and attention-grabbing sandwiches. If you’re interested in small plates, they also offer plenty of appetizers including a soft pretzel served with spicy cheese sauce and German mustard. When going to Desperate Times make sure that you go Wednesday and Thursday between 4-9 pm, Friday between 3-10:30 pm, Saturday between 11:30 am and 10:30 pm, and Sunday between 12-7 pm. Currently they have 12 beers on tap including Honest Lawbreaker (Oatmeal Stout), Citra Rye IPA, and Black Forest Schwarzbier (German Dark Lager).
