August 10th begins the second year of Downtown Carlisle’s Restaurant Week, featuring deals and combos for over 20 restaurants. In addition to special fixed pricing, you’ll find some places offering new and intriguing menu items. Here’s to discovering (and re-discovering) the diverse dining options in Downtown Carlisle.
Carlisle Restaurant week starts Monday, August 10th and lasts through Thursday, August 13th.
Market Cross’s Restaurant Week offering includes a wide range of options for only $20, including one appetizer, one entrée, and one pint of a Market Cross Brew. Entrée options include Bourbon BBQ Bacon-wrapped Pork Tenderloin, Candied Bacon-wrapped Chicken, and Chicken and Broccoli Alfredo. Market Cross’s specials extend until Sunday, August 16th.
New to Carlisle’s Restaurant Week in 2015 (opened in February 2015) is 1794 The Whiskey Rebellion, located in the Comfort Suites Hotel. For this week’s deal, 1794 is offering a prefixed menu for $24.94/person that includes an appetizer, entrée, and dessert. There’s no better time to visit 1794 than during this week!
Brick is the newest addition to downtown Carlisle and is certainly worth a try if you haven’t been there yet. This week’s special includes a fixed price at $25/person for an appetizer, entrée, and dessert.
Au Gratin Bistro is another new restaurant to the downtown scene and is offering a three-course meal for $22.95/person. The Three Cheese Macaroni with bacon, 8 oz. steak, and NY style Cheesecake is an amazing deal for less than $23.
