I recently took my mom, grandma and a friend to Cafe Magnolia in Mechanicsburg for dinner. I had heard that it was really delicious... and the reviews were correct. The food was not only good but the flavors they put together were something different that not all American-style cuisine menus are offering. I got the Garden Ravioli which was stuffed with spinach and ricotta cheese.
The basil pesto sauce was so good and it came with tomatoes, zucchini, yellow squash and asparagus! My friend ordered the Jess's Favorite Salad in the Whole World. With a name like that you can't disappoint.
It had toasted almonds, strawberries, coconut-encrusted chicken and came with poppyseed vinaigrette. It was so good she told me I had to try a bite and it almost was like eating dessert but in salad form (which RARELY happens). The only thing I wish I had known was that they are B.Y.O.B., so next time I will grab a bottle of wine before heading over for a delicious meal.
