Ever Grain Brewing Company began its 4-year anniversary celebration on September 23 and beer lovers throughout the Cumberland Valley were the beneficiaries with nine new beers released to mark the occasion. With so many options to choose from, there's bound to be a flavor for everyone. Stop by and get them while you can.
Oktoberfest (5.4% Festbier Lager)
A rich, medium to full-bodied dark amber lager brewed for changing seasons and crisp weather. Malt forward and best enjoyed with good company. Available on draft and in cans.
Czechia (5.0% Czech Pilsner)
Ever Grain's take of a Bohemian-style Pilsner, golden in color, light to medium-bodied, and bursting with spicy noble hop aroma. Try the Czechia slow pour, a more delicate pour that takes about 5 minutes, allowing the dense foam to form atop the Pilsner, providing an enhanced flavor and aroma experience. Available on draft and in cans.
There is nothing prettier than Ever Grain's Sorbetto #15 in their new anniversary glassware. Savor this sour ale inspired by sticky French toast and blueberries. Brewed with Vermont maple syrup, cinnamon, and vanilla. Available on draft and in 4-packs to go (limit one 4-pack per person).
Curious Gourd (6.6% Pumpkin Ale)
A medium-bodied brown ale brewed with cinnamon, nutmeg, vanilla, and clove, backed by a sweet caramel finish.
Fluidity (8.0% Sour Double IPA)
This Ever Grain Double IPA underwent a souring process and was hopped with citrus rind forward hops to complement the tartness. Bright and aromatic.
Stuffed full of plum, blackberries, and apricots. Available in 4-packs (limit one per person).
A wild cultured Saison fermented in neutral oak barrels at Ever Grain Farm for over a year with locally-captured yeast. Available on draft in-house only.
4th Anniversary Bourbon Barrel Aged Stout
Ever Grain's Bourbon Barrel Aged Stout has become an anniversary favorite with robust and rich flavors of cocoa, molasses, vanilla, and caramel. Available on draft and in crowlers.
Berserker (8.6% Double IPA)
This juicy beer brewed with Australian and American hops gives aromas and flavors of passion fruit, orange, and guava, followed by a soft pillowy mouthfeel.
