10. Hampden Township Fun Food Fest

Fun Food Fest will be taking over the Hampden Park and Pool Complex on June 27 from 5 - 10 p.m. A variety of food trucks will be ready to serve food at 5 p.m. Current food trucks include Soul Burrito, Lancaster Cupcake, Joe Bury's Famous Hamburgers, Mad Dash, and Bountiful Feast. Check our website for up to the date vendors. The Harrisburg Concert Band will perform from 7:30 - 8:30 p.m. and the evening will be capped off with a firework display that will begin around 9 p.m. (depending on sunset). The pool will be open until 10 p.m. Come spend the day at the park, go for an evening swim, try some great grub and enjoy an evening of fireworks!

9. Central Pennsylvania Youth Ballet's June Series
The Central Pennsylvania Youth Ballet (CPYB) caps off its 2014/15 performance season with its annual June Series offering five unique programs that mix new works by today's notable choreographers with classics and audience favorites that ballet novices and loyal patrons alike can appreciate. The Company will present two premieres from the legendary George Balanchine -- the mesmerizing "Emeralds" from Balanchine's masterful Jewels and the exuberant "Allegro Brillante," one of the choreographer's most joyous, pure dance pieces. The dancers of CPYB will come together in a new work in what will be their second collaboration with the talented musicians of the Harrisburg Symphony Youth Orchestra.

Welcome to Boddy Manor! You are now entering the Parker Brothers board game, Clue in the contemporary, interactive, musical, Clue: The Musical. According to Tom Chiodo, who write the lyrics for the play: "In the opening scene of Clue: The Musical, Mr. Boddy, the corpse-to-be, informs his audience that they are about to play a game with him, that has more than 200 possible endings. He then brings three unsuspecting audience members on stage to choose from an oversized deck of cards that include colorful images of six suspects, six weapons and six rooms. And then the game begins."

7. Newville Fountain Festival
The theme for 2015 is "Celebrating 225 Years of Small Town Charm." Friday night's festivities include a parade followed by live music and dancing in the streets at the Fountain. Saturday features exhibits, entertainment, food and crafts. other activities include a Custom and Antique Car Show, a 5k race, quilt raffle, historic tours of Newville, a petting zoo, Kids' Alley, a baking contest and much more.

The Pennsylvania Fly Fishing Museum Association is happy to present the 2015 Annual Heritage Day. Angling enthusiasts and supporters are invited to the Meadow and Picnic Pavilion at Allenberry Resort to take part in a great day of fly fishing activities. The day will be filled with fun from beginning to end, with over 60 vendors and exhibitors, speakers and demonstrations, all-day Fly casting instruction, a Fly casting competition, Fly tiers in action, raffles and the always popular Fish Swim Race on the Yellow Breeches.

Join us for the 8th annual East Pennsboro Emergency Services Carnival hosted by East Pennsboro Ambulance Service, East Pennsboro Fire Police, Enola Fire Company #3, Goodwill Fire Company and Northeast Fire and Rescue. This five-day event features live music every evening at 7:00 pm; carnival games and rides; and food. Helicopter rides on Friday and Saturday from 4:00 pm to dusk. The carnival closes with fireworks on Saturday at 9:45 pm.

Summerfair originated in 1978 and has continued ever since with its commitment to provide the community with family-friendly events offered at no cost. Major events include a 5k/10k run, an all-star softball game, a parade and ice cream social, a craft show/festival, a children's fishing derby, a Civil War walking tour, tours of the Old Courthouse, and an "anything floats" contest. One of the most diverse of General Motors events, this is the place to be each June. Organized by year, make and model, the National Parts Depot showfield will be loaded with top quality restored classics, original muscle cars and modified high-performance new models. Buckle up for autocross action, indoor displays of concepts, customs, performance and historic vehicles, NHRA drag racing, industry guests, activities for the kids special prizes throughout the weekend. Jubilee Day is the largest, longest running one-day street fair on the East Coast, attracting up to 70,000 attendees. This annual event features more than 325 vendors from near and far offering food, games, arts & crafts, business information, retail products, carnival rides and more. There is a Children's Area with activities for the very young, and live entertainment on two stages. The festival takes place on Main Street from York Street to Walnut Street and on Market Street from Simpson Street to Strawberry Avenue. Free parking and shuttle service are available from the Mechanicsburg High School (500 S. Broad Street) and Immanuel Alliance Church (800 S. Market Street). Due to large crowds, please do not bring your pets or bicycles.
