This past weekend my puppy and I tried out the fitness trail at Messiah College. It was very different than what I expected. It was through the woods and due to the time of year the trees were so pretty. We just walked it, but the idea is to run the trail and stop at the designated number stops and do the activities suggested on the signs. The activities ranged from a pull up bar to a wooden balance beam. It's really cool that this college offers this trail not only to their students but also the community. Has anyone else ever tried out the fitness trail?
