Whiskey Springs is a well known rock climbing area near Carlisle, PA. The boulders range in size and skill level. Safety equipment is needed for those who want to try their hand at rock climbing. To reach Whiskey Springs take route 34 towards Mt. Holly Springs. Turn left onto Mill Street towards Boiling Springs. Turn right onto Petersburg Road and drive up through the woods. Park at one of the three pullouts next to a spring and hike uphill along the trail marked by white paint.
