The Valley is filled with historic moments and memorials, including the U.S. Army Heritage and Education Center (USAHEC) in Carlisle. USAHEC is dedicated to "Telling the Army Soldier at a time” with interactive indoor and outdoor exhibits, including tanks and helicopters.
