The Downtown Carlisle Association is proud to host the 43rd Annual Harvest of the Arts festival on Saturday, September 27, from 10 am to 5 pm.
 
OVER 100 FINE ART & CRAFT EXHIBITORS will be set up along West High Street in downtown Carlisle. Enjoy the Kids Alley, a display of European sports cars, live music, and festival food throughout the day. We encourage you to support the many local merchants in our beautiful, historic downtown.
