Effective 5/31/21, all COVID-19 restrictions related to gatherings, restaurants, and other businesses were lifted. The masking order was lifted on 6/28/21. However, businesses and organizations may continue to implement mask policies and individuals may continue to mask if they choose to do so. Our restaurants, shops, attractions, and hotels are ready to welcome you. We encourage visitors to seek and heed the latest expert guidance and take any necessary precautions.

39th Annual Arts Festival

The Hummelstown Arts Festival Committee is pleased to announce that their 39th Annual Arts Festival will be held on Main Street in Hummelstown on Saturday, September 18, 2021, from 9:00 AM to 4:00 PM.

The festival offers something for everyone with over 170 juried artists, a food court, a children's area, and entertainment. It is an annual fundraiser for the Hummelstown Arts Festival with proceeds going toward scholarships and promoting art in the Lower Dauphin community.

This year's festival is pleased to invite visitors of all ages to join us for added fun in the Children's Area at the festival! We will have a variety of free crafts and activities for children. including Creative Caricatures by Ali Thome (10:00 AM – 1:00 PM), Balloon Art (12:00 PM – 2:00 PM), Face Painting by our very talented Lower Dauphin High School National Art Honor Society students, Sandy Candy, Balloon Yo-Yo's, and crafts and activities by our very own Hummelstown Recreational Board and Emergency Management Agencies. Additionally, our local Boy Scouts will have their Lego race track and the Dauphin County Library will be there with their mobile outreach vehicle named MARCO.

Music will be provided all day by DJ Bill Runkle and there will be a wide variety of other entertainers throughout the day for everyone to come out and enjoy.

For everyone's safety, the Art Festival committee would like to kindly remind everyone that there are no dogs, skateboards, and bicycles permitted during the festival.
