H2L 5k Training Program
A 5k is one of the most popular racing distances for runners of all levels it’s a great distance to start at and conquer with confidence. Running on your own can be a daunting and tedious task, let our upbeat instructor Sarah guide you and your new teammates to your personal best and a new love of running! The best part (aside from building a strong running base - Team shirts! Who doesn’t love a little swag to brag about to your friends?
Over this 10-week training period, we will utilize various running styles to get you to your best 5k possible! All runners will meet twice a week each week for 10 weeks leading up to the Hot Cider Hustle on November 7th where we will run to compete and put your training to the test.
Start date: August 29th
End date: November 7th Hot Cider Hustle
Meeting Days/Times: Sundays 8:00am & Wednesdays 6:00pm
*No prior experience required. The cost is for the whole training and does not include your race fee. No refunds will be given if you miss a day, but the training done then will be emailed to you!*
