All Creatures Great and Small

Overview
Locations

“All Creatures Great and Small” is the theme of this year’s family-friendly event. Come explore and learn about birds, bees, animals, and gardening, with free, fun activities for the whole family to enjoy. Children can visit with 4-H club animals, visit Darwin the tortoise, learn about bluebirds and bees, pound flowers to create a bandana, pot up a pollinator-friendly plant, go on a scavenger hunt, and take home free prizes.

There is no pre-registration or fee required for Family Garden Day activities, so families can stop by anytime during the event to participate in some or all of the free activities. Activities are recommended for children ages pre-K through elementary school, and a parent or guardian must remain with children at all times during the event.
