The annual M&T Bank Harvest of the Arts in historic downtown Carlisle will feature the usual array of beautiful art, crafts, music, shopping & dining. The event will also feature a kids' alley highlighting our youngest artists in addition to crafts for kids. The always popular street food and music will be back to round out the event
