In 2022, the Army Heritage Center Foundation continues its webinar program on two Wednesdays each month, avoiding the third Wednesday of each month so as not to compete with the U.S. Army Heritage and Education Center's Perspectives in Military History lecture series.

As always, if you miss one of the webinars, you can find it on the Army Heritage Center Foundation (AHCFoundation) YouTube Channel and, if you signed up for the program and missed the webinar, you will receive a link to the webinar/lecture.

Topic
Black Soldiers of the 92nd Infantry Division in Italy with Professor Robert Jefferson.

Description
The 92nd Infantry ("Buffalo") Division was the last segregated (all-black) U.S. Army division and the only black division to fight in World War II in Europe. Many of the references to the division in earlier histories reflected generally unfavorable evaluations on their performance in battle. Professor Jefferson's talk will review his analysis of numerous records and interviews that refute the negative impressions and demonstrate that these 13,500 soldiers gained their share of victories under hardships no others were expected to meet
