In 2022, the Army Heritage Center Foundation continues its webinar program on two Wednesdays each month, avoiding the third Wednesday of each month so as not to compete with the U.S. Army Heritage and Education Center's Perspectives in Military History lecture series.

As always, if you miss one of the webinars, you can find it on the Army Heritage Center Foundation (AHCFoundation) YouTube Channel and, if you signed up for the program and missed the webinar, you will receive a link to the webinar/lecture.

The Writing of Historical Fiction with Michael Gibson

Join us for an engaging presentation by Michael Gibson, who devoted the last 11 years to writing his twin World War II novels, The Broomcorn Field and Leaving Pontotoc County. Mr. Gibson will focus his remarks on The Broomcorn Field, which follows the progress of the First Ranger Battalion (Darby's Rangers) in Africa, Sicily, and Italy from 1942 to 1944. You will learn more about the Rangers and about Mr. Gibson's unique writing process.
