Beginner TRX Workshop
Beginner TRX is perfect for anyone looking to learn more about TRX and what it can do for you.
This 45-minute class uses the TRX Suspension Training system for functional training. We'll use your body weight to help build strength and balance on the suspension trainer. This class will challenge the core, cardio, flexibility, and strength all at the same time. The TRX workout an effective full-body workout and always a good time!
