Have you been curious about trying out yoga but want to make sure you try it out in a safe, supportive way? This four-week beginner yoga series will introduce students to the foundation of asana (postures), pranayama (breathwork), and meditation. There will be plenty of opportunity to ask questions and receive instruction to ensure that you are developing a strong foundation in yoga. Students will leave with a knowledge of yoga etiquette, sixteen yoga postures, and avenues to practice yoga safely. This class series is for brand new students who have never tried yoga before and anyone wanting to start at square one.

Class times are Saturdays, September 7, 14, 21, 28 and October 5.
