Domestic Violence Services of Cumberland & Perry Counties (DVSCP) will be hosting its annual Candlelight Vigil to honor and remember the women and children of Cumberland and Perry Counties who’ve lost their lives tragically to domestic/intimate partner violence. The Vigil will be held on Thursday, October 17, at the Camp Hill Borough Building from 6:00 - 7:00 pm.
The event will commemorate Domestic Violence Awareness Month and will include a guest speaker and the Silent Witness Exhibit representing 18 of the domestic violence victims from Cumberland and Perry Counties. The candle-lighting ceremony held in their honor will be followed by a community reception with light refreshments.
