Chakra Balancing Workshop
Feel like a Spring Chakra Tune-Up? Are you interested in learning a bit more about your Chakra energy system and what Asana can open these spaces?
Brooke will guide you through a series of Yoga Poses and easy flow sequence, designed to focus on and activate each of the 7 primary Chakras.
We will work specifically with Pranayama to detox and restore balance to the breath, as we move gently through poses that promote grounding, stability and liberation.
There will also be a packet of take-away materials so that you can incorporate these poses into your home practice.
This workshop is designed for all levels. Come find joyful balance!
