$119.00/person #363Dan Rothstadt is a Culinary Institute of America (Hyde Park) alum where he also worked as a graduate assistant, piloting the school’s program for non-commercial and contract dining. After graduation, he stayed in the Hudson Valley and worked as a private chef. He also worked at Arielle and The Belvedere Mansion in Rhinebeck, NY. In 2011 Dan moved to New York City to become a banquet chef at the Michelin-starred River Café in Brooklyn. Dan currently works for Zwilling JA Henckels as a chef instructor at the Zwilling Cooking Studio and as a retail product specialist for the company.
