Dedication Day

Mark your calendar and plan to join us for Gettysburg's annual Dedication Day ceremony, which commemorates the dedication of Gettysburg National Cemetery and Abraham Lincoln's Gettysburg Address on Nov. 19, 1863.

The program also features a U.S. Naturalization and Citizenship ceremony to welcome a new group of citizens.

The ceremony, sponsored by the Lincoln Fellowship of Pennsylvania in partnership with the National Park Service, the Gettysburg Foundation, and Gettysburg College, begins at the cemetery’s rostrum.
