Overview
Locations
It's time for some off-road adventure as we feature our newest exhibit, "Early Off-Roaders," celebrating the fun and adventure of these early SUVs including the 50th anniversary of the Ford Bronco and the 75th anniversary of the Jeep. Today's SUVs are often more luxury than sport or utility. Most never go off the pavement. Years ago, it was a completely different mindset. The world famous Jeep and the British Land Rover were borne from the necessity to have a rugged, capable vehicle to get from Point A to Point B when no roads connected the two. The AACA Museum salutes these icons and the vehicles that begat from them. The exhibit includes, among other SUVs, a 1942 Ford GPS, 1947 Jeep CJ, 1957 Land Rover, 1972 Suzuki Brute IV, 1974 Uni Mog and 1990 Lamborghini LM002. This exhibit is sponsored by National Parts Depot and The Breener Jeep Family.
