Join us for history, art and hands-on creativity to explore President Dwight D. Eisenhower's legacy as a statesman and an artist in this Encounters with History series event.
Enjoy a free presentation highlighting President Eisenhower's artistic passion and stories behind his works with Eisenhower National Historic Site Ranger Dan Vermilya. Then, ticketholders will participate in a paint night experience. Recreate your own version of Eisenhower’s iconic "Potted Pink Hydrangeas". Hors d’oeuvres and a cash bar are offered as part of the paint night portion of the experience.

The opening Ranger Program is free and open to the public. Catering by Battlegrounds Hospitality. Ticket reservations are required for the paint night experience. Friends of Gettysburg receive member rate. Reservations close on Feb. 12 or when sold out.
