Join me, Stephanie, a PA cheese enthusiast and owner of Central Wedge Cheese Shop, for a fun, stress-free HANDS-ON WORKSHOP on building stunning cheese & charcuterie boards. I’ll walk you through how to choose and cut cheese, and show you how to pair flavors, arrange ingredients like a pro, and add those extra wow factors. You'll follow along with me, designing your own board (serves 2-4 people) to take home.
And, of course, we’ll be tasting the demonstration board at the end—because what kind of cheese class would this be if we didn’t?
