Join the West Shore Symphony Orchestra for a free family concert on Saturday morning, November 17th at 9:30 AM. The concert will feature students from Cicely L. Tyson Community School of Performing and Fine Arts' Harp Ensemble. The West Shore Symphony Orchestra will perform educational selections from George Gershwin's "An American in Paris", movements of Coleridge Taylor-Perkinson's "Sinfonietta No. 2", F.J. Haydn's "Presto" from Symphony No. 11, a commissioned work by Joshua Davis, and Deborah Henson-Conant's "Tryptich for Harp and Orchestra". Discover how jazz and classical music intersect.
