Come join us for a tasty tour around a few Latin American countries. From Cuba to Argentina, we will be preparing a sampling of the traditional culinary classics of these countries.
Chef Lindsey’s passion for cooking began at a very young age. After high school, she followed her passion and majored in culinary arts and minored in pastry arts while attending culinary school at HACC. She interned at the Empire Restaurant & Bar in Carlisle during her final year of culinary training, where she trained under Chef Carrie Bogar, who was influential in her expertise today. Chef Lindsey worked as Carrie’s sous chef and pastry chef for three years, worked as Executive Chef at Church of God Nursing Home for 12 years, and in January 2014, moved to Messiah Lifeways.
