Beginners are welcome to this chain maille class, as the Foxtail weave is one of the easier weaves. Participants will learn the basics of properly opening and closing rings as well as step-by-step instructions in working the rings into the foxtail weave to create a bracelet. As this is small handwork, be sure to bring glasses if you need them. The instructor will have a few pairs of pliers, but if you have your own, it would be appreciated. Bent nose pliers and chain nose pliers are recommended (one of each). Students can choose to create their bracelets from sterling silver, stainless steel, or copper.
