Jamie Lynn Zeppa was introduced to the concept of holistic health and the practices of relaxation and meditation when she was a young child. She formalized her education with a B.S. from Albright College in Reading, PA, and subsequently attended the Institute of Integrative Nutrition in NYC. In addition to obtaining specialized training in both Hormone Health and Gut Health, she expands her knowledge with continuing education, including Food as Medicine with the Center for Mind-Body Medicine and Changing How We Feel by Changing What We Eat with the Institute for Brain Potential. A nutrition counselor and holistic health coach, Jamie Lynn aspires to help people discover how transformative and delicious food can be. She looks to empower them to make healthy food choices suited to their needs to help address the root cause of underlying issues through nutrition and lifestyle.
