Join Kings Gap Staff for this free guided hike. Starting from Kings Gap, hikers will travel part of the Buck Ridge Trail before following the Hammond's Rocks Trail and Ridge Road to visit Hammond's Rocks, a local geological attraction.
The group will break for lunch before hiking back. This hike will cover about 6-7 miles with moderate to strenuous terrain.
Bring lunch, snacks, and sufficient water. Dress for the weather and have sturdy footwear.
Limited space is available. Pre-registration is required.
