This class is limited to 8. Attend this class or give it as a gift for an amazing sushi experience. Denise allows you to participate in all of the food prep, experiment with sauces and practice making several rolls. All facets of the prep and final presentation will be discussed. You will learn how to choose fish as well as cut your fish from a large block of tuna or salmon. Tips on hosting a party and ways to maximize your effort and ingredients will be shared. For the miso soup – you will be in the kitchen. If you love sushi and want to learn to prepare it for yourself and others – this class is perfect!
