Do you live with hard emotions or old wounds? Does sharing your hurts with others cause fear and anxiety? Learn new skills to work through difficult emotions by journaling. Decipher what constitutes private thoughts with those you can share easily with others. Evaluate where you are in your life journey – healing or sufficiently healed - and what steps to take as a result. Whether you are young or old, lived through trauma or just want to better express yourself, journaling helps you draw out the fullness of your story.
