In this class, Chef Bernard will cook four dishes and go over at least 15 Zwilling kitchen essentials, from cutlery to cookware to tools and electrics. You will learn how to choose your cookware for specific dishes, the ins and outs of cooking in Staub cast iron, and also how to use multi-layered Demeyere stainless steel cookware. Chef Bernard will show you the features and benefits of several Zwilling product lines and will also teach you how to get better at food prep and reduce food waste using Zwilling Fresh Save.
