This class is a MUST for anyone to get faster, better and smarter in the kitchen. Chef Mike will cover the basics including why Wüsthof and the many knife blade shapes and designs are essential for every kitchen. We will start with a charcuterie board and a fresh fruit snack. Then it’s time to get slicing, dicing, mincing and chopping. Chef Mike will explain the importance of the pinch grip and will lead the class through the low rock technique, push and pull cuts, and much more. We will end with honing and knife care, a light dessert and Q&A.Light snack and dessert served during class, please plan accordingly.
