Life on the run…if only you had a couple of meals that are quick, easy and ready. With this class you can have your entrees on the table in mere moments! Susan will get you most of the way there, but there may be a few things to do at home to bake, freeze, heat or reheat the meals. You’ll leave with three main dishes that will feed two people. Instructor Susan Kutz will also include easy side dish suggestions and recipes. Menu includes:

  • Chicken Cordon Bleu
  • Stuffed Manicotti w/ Marinara Sauce
  • Ham & Au Gratin Potato Casserole
