Dr. Charles is a knowledgeable student and retired US Army Officer at the United States Army War College who will discuss the impact of Martin Luther King Jr. on our society and ways we can all promote racial equality. He holds a Bachelor Degree in Political Science from Howard University, a Master Degree in Education from University of Oklahoma, and a Doctoral Degree in Management from University of Phoenix. His training comprises civil affairs, psychological operations, infantry officer basics, management, and continuing education for senior leaders. He served as Deputy Chief Staff, G-3 for United States Army Test and Command, and White Sands Missile Range.
