This dynamic 3-part meditation workshop will provide you with the knowledge, support, guidance, and structure you need to truly commit to your daily meditation practice. Great for beginners and experienced practitioner alike, this workshop series has something for everyone.

Each session will include basic meditation instruction and review, as well as lots of opportunities to practice. In addition, a new component will be introduced each session:
Session 1: Pranayama & Meditation – Using breathwork as a foundation for your practice.
Session 2: Mantra & Meditation – Incorporating chanted and silent mantra into your practice.
Session 3: Mudra & Meditation – Using sacred hand gestures to further deepen your practice.

Michael & Amy will be available for answering questions and providing support and inspiration in between sessions via a private Facebook group. This group will also be a great place for you to interact with other participants.

If you have been wanting to start meditating or get back to your practice, now is a great time to begin!
