FLY FISHERMAN MAGAZINE presents a one-time-only premiere screening of the upcoming full-length feature film “Mending the Line.” Join us on June 3, 2023, from 6 PM to 9 PM EST at the historic Allenberry Resort Playhouse in Boiling Springs, Pennsylvania, for a night of film, fun, fly fishing, and prizes.
Mending the Line is a story of a former marine suffering from physical and emotional trauma from the war in Afghanistan, his journey to finding peace through fly fishing, and helping others. Starring award-winning actors Brian Cox, Wes Studi, Sinqua Walls, Patricia Heaton, Perry Mattfeld, and many more.
100% of the proceeds will support the Warriors & Quiet Waters Foundation and their efforts to help post-9/11 and Afghanistan war veterans suffering from trauma. Raffles, a silent auction, and great prizes will be available with support from TCO Fly Shop, Precision Fly & Tackle, and Allenberry. A post-screening roundtable discussion featuring film director Joshua Caldwell and WQW Alumni will be hosted to give more information about the film and how you can help our veterans in need.
