Mindful Ikebana Workshop
Ikebana is a centuries-old art form that calms the spirit, focuses the mind, and trains the eye to find beauty in the natural world. Students will be introduced to mindfulness via several fun activities. Together we will slow down to practice bringing our consciousness into the moment and engage our senses to discover beauty in the everyday objects all around us (often unexpected places). We will then arrange our discoveries to create beautiful displays to take home in a vessel that can be used again and again. All necessary supplies will be provided.

For ages 15 and up. Please register by January 25. Registration is needed for the instructor to begin preparations and to ensure we meet enrollment minimums.
