Mindfulness: Embracing Life with an Open Heart
Join us for the virtual mindfulness course, “Mindfulness: Embracing Life with an Open Heart”! This online Zoom course consists of guided meditation exercises as well as theoretical discussions, stories, poetry, and inspiring quotes about mindfulness.

Instructor: Toru Sato
Toru Sato received his Ph.D. in Psychology at York University in Canada. He currently serves as a Professor at Shippensburg University and is passionate about studying Depth and Transpersonal Psychology (emotions, human relationships, consciousness, & spirituality). He is the author of "Two, One, None: Conversations on Meditations" and "The Ever-Transcending Spirit: The Psychology of Human Relationships, Consciousness, and Development." He has had the privilege to work with numerous individuals on their personal development as a mindfulness coach. He has also had the privilege to facilitate many meditation sessions at Shippensburg University as well as the neighboring community for many years.
