What practice can help you stay present and hopeful this New Year? Mindfulness! Come find your Zen at our virtual Mindfulness course! Mr. Satu will guide you through seven classes that include guided meditations, theoretical discussions, poetry, stories, and inspiring quotes.
Toro Satu is a Professor at Shippensburg University who researches depth and transpersonal psychology. He has served as a mindfulness coach and has led several mindfulness sessions at Shippensburg and within the local community. He received his Ph.D. in Psychology at York University in Canada and has published two captivating novels on mindfulness.
