The Joint Veterans Council will start with a parade at 1 p.m. The parade will start at Broad Street, proceed to Big Spring Avenue, then to High Street, and end at Mt. Zion Church. A ceremony will follow at the fountain. 

Inclement Weather: Parade will be canceled, and the ceremony will be moved to Failor-Wagner American Legion Post 421
