Paint & Sip is back for another season at Allenberry Resort! Unwind with fine wine from European and West Coast vintners while you paint with instruction from Jeremy Slagle from Pinot’s Palette. Our Paint & Sip events are perfect for bachelorette parties, date nights, or just as an artistic escape to break up your work week, especially paired with dinner at The Barn Restaurant beforehand, which is why we brought them back for an exciting summer series!

Follow in the brush strokes of great Dutch painter Vincent Van Gogh. Van Gogh struggled financially, with fame eluding both him and his works, during the second half of the 1800s during which he lived. The 20th century saw a posthumous rise in both the popularity of his works and their prices at art auctions.

Van Gogh’s “Almond Blossoms” was an outburst of joy at the time it was painted, having just found out his brother, Theo, had named his son after the famous painter. This instruction aims to help you better understand the bright colors, contours, and unique brushwork signature of Van Gogh, while still providing an entertaining class accessible enough for beginning artists. The class will be instructed by Jeremy Slagle, our resident scenic artist at The Playhouse at Allenberry.

Spaces for Paint & Sip events are limited. Call our front desk at (717) 258-3211 to book your spot today!
