Pedals, Pipes, & Pizza is a free event to introduce young musicians to the organ. Sponsored by Harrisburg Chapter American Guild of Organists.

On Saturday, January 22, young musicians in grades 3 to 8 will meet in Grantham at Messiah University to learn about the pipe organ. We will start at Messiah's High Center (580 University Ave), move to Hostetter Chapel, and then move to Grantham Church on a walking tour. This free event will introduce the instrument and give students a chance to play the numerous organs. Registration opens at 9:45 am in the lobby of High Center, the event begins at 10:00, participants will walk to the neighboring building Hostetter Chapel at 10:30, and then walk to Grantham Church at 11:10. After a final demo, we will serve a pizza lunch. Parents may pick up students between 12:15-12:30 pm at Grantham Church 421 Grantham Road.

A permission form will need to be signed when checking in at registration.
