Pilates Tower Flow Workshop
Join Adrienne for a challenging Pilates workout utilizing the tower unit along with traditional mat exercises.
The tower will help stretch your muscles while strengthening your core through an aerobic series of floor work exercises designed to create body alignment, long, lean muscles and increase overall flexibility.
Exercises will flow in a meaningful order from lying down to sitting to a standing finish leaving you feeling taller and stronger and ready to tackle the rest of your day.
Some prior Pilates experience on the mat or other equipment is recommended but not required.
