Ride & Reset: Cycle/Yoga Combo Class
Join Sarah for a 30-minute recovery-focused cycle class where you can feel free to move your body without the pressure to perform at an intense level. Relax, ride and let the stress from your body and your mind go.
After the cycle, you will then follow Irene over to the yoga side of the studio for a 30-minute post-cycle yoga flow to balance out your energy. You can expect some moderate flow, deep stretches, mobility work, and restorative poses to complement your ride!
