Saladean Moore was born in Jersey City, NJ. He moved to Williamsport, PA when he turned 18 to attend the Pennsylvania College of Technology with an eye on culinary arts. Sal moved to Harrisburg in 2016 and can currently be found practicing his craft as a chef in the kitchen at Char's Tracy Mansion. Family and friends have always been important to Sal and food is always an integral part of his gatherings!
