Specimen Drawing Workshop at North Museum
Take full advantage of the specimens housed at the North Museum of Nature and Science at Franklin & Marshall College. Join us as we explore the anatomy and charming characteristics of a few specific specimens and enjoy the ambiance of the lower level of the museum which houses hundreds of preserved and taxidermied creatures. Featured specimens will include crustaceans and a blue heron. Please only bring dry materials (i.e. graphite, pastels, charcoal and paper of your choice) and a portable easel or drawing board. Instructor will demonstrate using graphite on cold press paper.
